Comparible Values
We scour the country, online, by phone and email, contacting dealers and private sales to work out the true value estimate of what you are trying to purchase. We will work out the market value, and give you a real time reliable valuation.
All our services are an online only service, so they can be completed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. It typically takes anywhere from 24-72 hours to generate a value given the research that is involved.
Fixed Price Service
We have clients all over the USA that have used our services, time and time again, as it saves them time and money, to get the information they need for the one fixed price.
Our custom valuations estimates are a fixed price of $249. We complete a 4-5 page value estimate folder that you can provide to your lender or bank. Feel free to reach out to us via email and we can send you a sample valuation, so you can approach your lender and see if this is something they are willing to work with!!
